  • Bali, Indonesia is renowned for hosting some of the world’s best beach clubs. Our inspiration for this cocktail comes from one of our favorite beach clubs situated in Seminyak. This delightful rum concoction boasts fresh pineapple juice and Pisang Ambon Liquor—an Indonesian-inspired Banana Liqueur enriched with additional tropical fruit nuances.

    Much like Bali itself, this cocktail is a year-round treat, offering an enchanting tropical experience that effortlessly transitions from season to season. With distinct hints of fresh pineapple and vibrant banana flavors, each sip is a journey that transports you to the idyllic tropics of Southeast Asia.

    .5OZ Pisang Ambon Banana Liqueur

    1oz Young Coconut Water

    1.5OZ Freshly Squeezed Pineapple Juice

    How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass

    Please note! Our goal is authentic cocktails which are full flavored with a good amount of sugars in them. They will certainly be over 200 calories and over 15g of sugars at minimum. If you are looking for a beverage below the 200 calorie range, unfortunately we don’t have a product that fits your needs.
